GAJIROC 2022 FAll WINTER

Gajirok means more and more in pure Korean. GAJIROC, started by director Gi-tae Hong, who worked as a designer at EVAN KINORI after majoring in menswear design and pattern making in San Francisco, believes that all of our items wear out over time and become unique as they become personal items. . That's why such items can be a tool to hold memories and also a tool to show traces.
All products provided by Gajirok are created based on this belief and the idea of slow fashion, based on design that can be enjoyed for a long time regardless of trends and durability that can be used for a long time.

Donegal Tweed Coat

Breath of the 20th Century Vintage Balmacan

This is GAJIROC's Donegal Tweed Coat, which was designed with the motif of vintage Balmaccans in the 20th century. It has both the raglan sleeves that are characteristic of the Balmakan and the Balmacca collar, in which the upper collar is longer than the lower collar and the first button is unbuttoned. Raglan sleeves are made in the pattern of one-panel sleeves, commonly known in the Japanese clothing industry, to create a relaxed and natural silhouette. The lower collar of the collar is long enough to be similar to the length of the upper collar, allowing a different style when fastened, and when worn loose, it is designed to match a classic outfit with a tie.

The outer fabric is Abraham Moon & Sons of the UK, which is the only Donegal tweed made using kill-kara thread produced in Ireland. , The horn button was airlifted from Iris, Japan. This tweed, named after Donegal County in Ireland, is characterized by strong durability and warmth, and is also characterized by its mottled appearance, which is woven with irregular slub threads, giving it a different taste in harmony with the beautiful balmacan.
