SCHNAYDERMAN'S 2021 SPRING SUMMER
SCHNAYDERMA'S, which means Tailor in Swedish, was founded in 2012 by designers Joel Urwitz and Victor Press based in Stockholm and New York. SCHNAYDERMAN'S, which began with an ambition to create durable and stylish shirts that can be worn for generations, expresses modern and comfortable shirts with bold patterns and techniques.
This season, SCHNAYDERMAN'S is a collection inspired by the concept of "Identity" and has worked with artists from various fields to further deepen the scope of the concept.
Images of photographers such as Martina Bacigalupo and Romain Seller have inspired a variety of identities and restrictions caused by Covid-19 have encouraged a variety of collaborations with talented artists related to SCHNAYDERMAN'S.SCHNAYDERMAN'S has joined forces with up-and-coming illustrator Julia De Lubo, who specializes in prints and works of art with unique perspectives from passport graphics to illustrations, and renowned graphic artist Christian Altman.
In addition, through a partnership with Swedish jewelry brand Kultur 5, we created silver accessories that further highlight the theme of the collection. As a result, the collection has become richer, better combined, and a mixture of different interpretations.
This season, it will showcase colors faded and naturalized by the sun, poplin blown by the wind, and a well-ventilated silhouette. In addition, linen and washed cotton materials, which may look rather tacky, contrast with cloth viscose, tencel, and garment dyeing, giving the collection a wide range of uses and depths.
